Mr. Arguello is the dean of a high school outside Buenos Aires. Day after day he searches the backpacks of his students, looking for a latent threat. Cata, a 14 year old student, has an accident by the lake. Arguello takes care of her for a few hours while waiting for her parents to arrive.
