Mithunam is a story revolving on an old couple Appadasu (SP Balasubramanyam) and Bucchi (Lakshmi) who live in their own secluded world in the village. They fill their retired days with raw quarrels and ripe loves. How they enjoy their solitude and live peacefully in it forms the rest of the story of Midhunam.
