Animated feature-length movie following the loveable Rugrat kids as they head for France and the city of Paris. Stu Pickles has found a job working at Paris' latest amusement park and decides to take the whole family with him, completely unaware of the chaos they will cause. Meanwhile, Chuckie's dad Chas falls in love and this raises Chuckie's hopes of having a new mum around the place.
