Another comic outing for the stars of 'Tommy Boy', Chris Farley and David Spade. Mike Donnelly (Farley) is dedicated to helping his big brother Al run for Washington State governor, but always ends up embarrassing him. Al's campaign aide Steve Dodds (Spade) volunteers to mind Mike until the campaign is over, but the two only manage to create more havoc.
