John Woo, the acclaimed action film auteur, teams with Dolph Lundgren in "Blackjack." U.S. Marshal Jack Devlin (Lundgren) attempts to protect a young woman from gangsters. Unfortunately, Devlin''s ability to do his job is restricted after an explosion temporarily blinds him.
