Mild-mannered Joe Scheffer (Tim Allen) is a single father and feels he is being overlooked at work. When he brings his daughter Natalie to his office on a Take Your Kid to Work Day, he is humiliated in front of her by the office bully McKinney (Patrick Warburton).
