Reformed gambler Zeb Smith promises the dying minister who saved his life to build a church with money gained by peaceful means. He plans to convince Doll Brown, a pretty female fugitive outlaw woman to surrender so he can collect the $5,000 bounty, but she isn't keen to do it.
