During a prison transport Arthur Hillary, head of a gang of thieves is freed by his accomplices. The gang was suspected of big time jewel theft. After Hillarys brother is found murdered Captain Rowland (Brad Harris) leads the investigation. Meanwhile Jo Walker (Tony Kendall) is hired by the insurance company to find the stolen jewels.
