Billy is the leader of a teenage homeless group. Jacob and Rae are Billy''s oldest childhood friends. Billy has AIDs, which he has passed on to his blood brother Jacob. Billy''s philosophy devises a very unique game of "Tag", where they "gift" strangers with infected blood. Jacob fights to win this deadly game to stop Billy from spreading the disease.
